Are you looking to head out into the wilderness for the adventure of a lifetime? If so, you owe it to yourself to visit Piney Hills Campground in Mauk.
We purchased the property to have a homestead and a place to escape city life's stress and demands.
It’s very quiet here except for the sounds of the farm animals and roosters crowing in the morning. You can also hear the occasional train passing through nearby.
We have several spacious sites to choose from including RV sites with hook-ups, A-Frame cabins, Covered Platforms for Tent camping or rent one of our On-site RV's that come fully furnished. Every site has a fire pit, picnic table, and a camp grill.
All campers have access to our Bath-houses with hot water and regular toilets, Laundry facility, Golf-Cart rentals, Hiking trails with gorgeous views visiting with our farm animals and FREE WiFi.
We will soon have several furnished efficiency cabins with kitchens and bathrooms.
Dog walk area to be completed soon also.
We are an Ameri-Gas propane refilling distributor. So we can fill your tanks here at half the cost of an exchange.

I had the best time staying at Lisa & James’s camp. They are the most amazing hosts with huge hearts- the site is safe, clean, private and plenty to do. I encourage everyone to feed the animals no matter how old you are just go do it! Their dogs, hospitality and kind nature make me a forever customer! They also have a bathroom and shower!! It was great! I loved our stay and will be returning to visit their farm family!

I loved the A-Frame. The site was adorable. Having a nearby restroom and shower was very nice. The hosts provided clear instructions and directions and were very friendly.

We stayed here for about 6 weeks and honestly I was a little bummed we had to leave for work purposes. I very much enjoyed our time here. The animals were awesome to be around. The owners are nothing short of top notch professional people. Very respectful and responses quickly. Very laid back with many paths on site. Highly recommend anyone wanting a quiet get away with awesome people to stay here! Thanks again for everything! We will miss it!
